QUALITY ASSURANCE
Shark Surf'n Studio has stringent quality control procedures in place to insure the best quality products are produced.
30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
Shark Surf'n Studio warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a minimum period of 30 days. If you discover a defect, Shark Surf'n Studio, will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price (less shipping and handling fees).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of this new printing technology and our inability to monitor every printed image made, we do not at this time offer a money-back guarantee. We will honor the warranty to its full extent to ensure that your investment is protected from manufacturing defects.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Warranty does not apply if the product has been altered, modified, or damaged caused by misuse. Shark Surf'n Studio makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of the product for any particular purpose even if that purpose is known to Shark Surf'n Studio, or any warranty relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property. Shark Surf'n Studio shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of the product shipped. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) will be charged on all past due amounts. Reasonable attorney fees will also be charged by seller in the event of any action proceeding for collection of the sums billed on the invoice. Shark Suf'n Studio reserves the right to reject or cancel any order or to request additional information from any customer.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
When returning a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see website). No packages will be accepted without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. After inspecting and testing, we will return your product, or its replacement using the same shipping method used to ship the product to Shark Surf'n Studio within 30 days. |
